It is to stop thinking of tomorrow. Most of the times I have been living in the past, analysing of what could have been done in better way OR in future, planning for days and years. I carried “To do lists ” and more than actually doing the tasks, lot of energy was being spent in reviewing, adding, deleting – making changes in the list.
And things never happened as per plan most of the days. Unexpected things would crop up and the list kept on growing and so was the stress. Even in life I found that too much detailed planning about future did not work.
Then Corona happened and all future plannings and securities went for a toss. We saw people loosing their near and dear ones suddenly and unexpectedly. Also that was the time when travelling was restricted and i utilised the time in reading- books on spirituality, life, religion etc.
I plan future but do not go into micro details. I let things happen in a way they are designed to be. I get up every morning feeling light, fresh and go on doing as things happen and this way attend to more tasks and find myself nearer to my goal every day.
There is no tomorrow
Tomorrow never comes
I have chosen to live in present and it is a positive change
😊
How awesome I too got back to reading and writing post-lockdown. I guess the lockdown gave me time to connect with the core and ponder about life. Good luck to you Sanjay ji
