Walking is an exercise that can be done in as many ways as you want.
Go to a new place and start walking. Turn at any street and you will find a new dimension of the place. Keep your camera ready and click interesting sights. There will be old buildings, markets, natural beauty etc depending on where you are walking.
If you are walking on a known path or route, listen to audio books or articles of your choice. Learn while you walk.
If you are walking on a known route, you may come across known faces, Just smile and nod and soon you will start getting acknowledgements and you may make new friends.
If you walk on a same route everyday, keep some leftover breads and biscuits and go on feeding cows and dogs that you come across. In a few days you will have a whole new set of friends who will trot towards you to greet as they see you.
if nothing else, just oberserve and be aware. Feel the weather, air, observe people as you walk. Soon you will find yourself one in many and forget your stresses and will feel rejuvinated.
