A good nights sleep and waking up fresh in the morning

morning exercises and walk with friends

first cup of tea with sun rising in the horizon and garden, flowers, birds, insects, butterflies comming to life

A hard work during the day gives a sense of fullfillment and happiness in the evening.

A task well accomplished

A nice bath at the end of the day

coming home and having a simple dinner with family

A nice cup of coffee with friends or with a good book or just in solitude

A long drive when its drizzling or when weather is good.

Sometimes doing nothing and just lying in bed

on a winter evening during freezing cold, watching a movie tucked in bed

on a holiday just sitting and watching sun rising or just sitting near seaside and watch sea for endless hours

playing with pet puppies in house.

conclusion – By practising a habit of joyful living, every act which happens intentionally or unintentionally brings joy and happiness to life
