What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

In initial years it was okay to reinvent and rediscover but now having set into a groove, there is no point in doing something all over again.

I try to improve my good habits a little bit every day, try to stay away from or minimize indulgence in activities that I wish to avoid, and try to take a little step towards fulfilling my hobbies, desires, and activities on my wish list.

Every day I try to get up on time and do morning exercises, try to be at work at the expected time, try to watch my weight while indulging in food I like ( I am a die-hard foodie), spend some time for myself in the evening and sleep on time.

During the day I try to reduce distractions by way of frequently looking at Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. Also, I try to minimize time wasted due to procrastination, minimize negative thoughts, and try to keep my mind positive for most of the day.

Everyday I try to increase my faith on the supreme power and accept whatever comes in the way. Also I try to increase time spent on hobbies like reading, writing, learning and upskilling.

Every time I try to be a little better human being ( it is an self assessment exercise only😀

I believe it is a good strategy to be in a habit of doing something better a little, every single day. Over a period big noticable change will be seen.
